| Christine's Corner | March 2007 |
Hi from sunny California! It's me, Christine, and I'm in the studio right now with Brian Lewis, and we've just begun production on my forthcoming album! I am so excited to finally be doing this! Although I've released both an EP (Pianist Envy) and LP (Live Summer Session) independently, this will be my first big studio record, and it marks the culmination of a young lifetime of dreams, hard work, and determination for me. I am so grateful for this opportunity to share my music with the world, and I really feel lucky that people like what I'm doing!
We will be recording the album throughout 2007 and anticipate a worldwide release by 2008. My first CD single will drop this year, and I get to film my very first music video! I'm really excited about making the music video, because it will be seen by millions of people all over the world, thanks to deals I recently signed with MTV, URGE and IODA.
I've also formed new partnerships within the digital download sector, and my catalogue will soon be available via hundreds of top digital outlets, including iTunes, MTV.com, AOL Music Service, Sony Connect, AMP'D, MSN Music Service, Xanga, Virgin Mobile, T.Mobile, Verizon Wireless and more.
That means you will soon be able to download my music directly into your iPod, and my ringtones and wallpapers right to your cell phone!
But that's not all that's going on! We've got a tidal wave of press in the pipeline - lots of magazine articles and interviews, hot photo spreads and reviews coming your way - and a hugely anticipated, long overdue VIDEO!
